Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lease Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will manage and administer leases for ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast) assets, ensuring compliance with lease terms and maintaining strong relationships with landlords. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in landlord relationship management.ย 

Essential Functions:

  • Manage and administer leases for ADS-B assets, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and amendments with landlords to ensure favorable terms for the company.
  • Ensure compliance with all lease agreements and relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Legal, Finance, and Operations, to ensure seamless lease administration.
  • Monitor lease expirations and coordinate renewals or terminations as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease records and documentation.
  • Resolve any lease-related issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide regular reports on lease status, upcoming expirations, monthly payment status, and other relevant metrics to management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of lease administration policies and procedures.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Virginia is $88,000 - $164,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may varyย based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
