  • Support process consistency across departments and locations
  • Observe day-to-day operations and coach team members on best practices
  • Help employees understand not only how processes work, but why they matter
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify gaps between documented processes and actual execution
  • Gather feedback from team members and leaders to improve training effectiveness
  • Partner with departments to ensure workflows remain clear, efficient, and sustainable
  • Help create a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement
Relationship Building
  • Build strong working relationships across multiple locations and departments
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees, supervisors, and managers
  • Encourage engagement, confidence, and ownership in learning
What We're Looking For
  • Passion for helping others learn and grow
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to coach, influence, and support people with different learning styles
  • Comfortable working independently and traveling between locations
  • Organized, adaptable, and solution-oriented
  • Experience in training, onboarding, operations, customer service, leadership, or process improvement is helpful
  • Technology proficiency and willingness to learn company systems
