Our purpose is simple: to serve and support people, achieving more together.

We are actively seeking motivated, talented professionals who align with our core values: Build Relationships, Find a Way, Foster Potential, and Build a Thriving Business.

As a Learning & Client Solutions Specialist, you will support both internal SFW talent initiatives and external Chief Learning Office client engagements, facilitating learning experiences, developing practical resources, and helping leaders and teams move important work forward.

If you are a professional who values a strong work culture, opportunities for growth, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on clients and colleagues alike, we encourage you to apply.

We are seeking a Learning & Client Solutions Specialist to join our team to:

  • Facilitate and co-facilitate workshops, learning sessions, client meetings, and internal programs as part of the broader project team.
  • Design and develop training materials, presentations, facilitator guides, participant resources, tools, templates, and follow-up materials.
  • Support leadership development, career pathing, succession planning, team development, and other development initiatives.
  • Organize information from meetings, interviews, surveys, feedback, and client conversations into clear summaries, themes, and usable recommendations.
  • Help bring structure to new and evolving projects by organizing details, tracking progress, clarifying next steps, and keeping work aligned with the intended outcome.
  • Support internal SFW talent and operational initiatives, including development, training, communication, process documentation, and rollout support.

Preferred Experience/Background/Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write, edit, summarize, and present polished, client-facing materials.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and group discussion skills, with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and help participants engage meaningfully with learning content.
  • A people-first, service-minded approach, with a genuine commitment to creating a positive experience for clients and team members.
  • Strong organization and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage deadlines, multiple project details, and timely follow-through.
  • A curious and observant nature, with the ability to listen carefully, notice patterns, and identify needs that may not be directly stated.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity, organizing information, clarifying next steps, and turning ideas into results.
  • A steady, emotionally intelligent approach, able to work well with clients and team members who may be navigating change, uncertainty, frustration, or urgency.
  • Adaptability and responsiveness to feedback, with a willingness to revise, improve, and shift direction as projects evolve.
  • Professional judgment, reliability, and a collaborative approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience in learning and development, organizational development, consulting support, professional services, training, or a related field strongly preferred.

What You'll Love About Working Here:

  • A collaborative, people-first culture where your work directly supports clients and colleagues.
  • The opportunity to facilitate meaningful learning experiences that help people grow.
  • Exposure to a variety of projects spanning internal talent initiatives and client engagements.
  • Leadership that values work-life balance, flexibility, and professional development.
  • The chance to learn from experienced leaders in talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational development.
  • A team environment where colleagues support each other's success and celebrate achievements together.

Our highly competitive benefits include:

  • Flexible work arrangements, including flexible hours and hybrid work options.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
  • Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
  • Paid maternity and paternity leave
  • Extensive professional development offerings
  • Team building, charitable social events, and activities.
  • Paid time off, plus annual paid holidays
  • Matching 401(k) program
