What is a Learning Project?

A Learning Project is an organized initiative or activity designed to help individuals or groups acquire new knowledge, skills, or competencies. These projects can take place in educational settings, workplaces, or through self-directed learning, and often involve specific goals, timelines, and assessment methods. Learning Projects can be used to address gaps in knowledge, support professional development, or facilitate collaborative learning. They might include research, hands-on tasks, workshops, or online courses depending on the objectives and context.

How do Learning Project Managers typically collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers during a project?

Learning Project Managers play a central role in coordinating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to ensure training materials meet organizational goals and learner needs.
