Training Analytics & Optimization: Measure training impact and enhance workforce development programs using data analytics.  Program Manager Candidates work to facilitate Training Analytics & Optimization delivering Learning Management System (LMS) & Training Support - Training Analytics & Optimization through Lead delivery | drive analytics | ensure outcomes.  Further, they Oversee training analytics initiatives, manage stakeholders, ensure SLAs/KPIs, and integrate analytics into workforce development programs.
