MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Manager to join our team in Linthicum Heights, MD.
The Program Manager (PM) will provide overall management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors, to satisfy all requirements identified in the PWS.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Facilitate effective communication between Government and Contractor leadership to ensure seamless alignment across all program activities.
  • Apply industry-best standards and proven methodologies to track and document requirements for continuous monitoring and evaluation by the Government.
  • Ensure all tasks and deliverables are executed in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
  • Maintain full accountability for the quality, efficiency, and overall operational performance of all contractor activities.
  • Assist the Government with financial and business processes related to the PWS, excluding inherently Governmental functions.
  • Exercise full authority to make organizational decisions, commit prime contractor resources, and respond to Government feedback.
  • Proactively alert Government stakeholders to potential contractual, programmatic, or resource limitation issues.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing a project or program of similar size and complexity to this PWS.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience overseeing and determining manpower requirements for projects similar in size and complexity, consisting of a diversity of technical skill sets and labor categories.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience performing financial and performance monitoring of contracts, including performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated authority to make decisions for the organization and proactively address potential contractual or resource limitations with the Government.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience navigating complex federal government contracting environments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively interface across multi-disciplinary technical teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of implementing process improvements to maximize operational efficiency.

Clearance Requirements:
  • Candidates are required to maintain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $153,800.00-$275,800.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
