Acting in the role of Owner's Agent, the Senior Program Manager ย is responsible for supervising project management and construction management teams in all project phases, including studies, programming and planning, preconstruction services, design, procurements, construction, and closeout. The Senior Program Manager ย is the team leader, and the individual responsible from initiation through completion of construction. The Senior Program Manager ย is responsible for staff mentoring, project management processes and methods, stakeholder communications, coordination and conflict resolution to ensure project goals are consistently met.

Senior Program Manager ย Required Qualifications:

      • 10+ Years experience in a Project Management role managing commercial and public sector projects of buildings ranging in costs of $20 Million to $200 Million. Managing projects from initiation through completion of construction, and responsible for leading meetings with owner, architects and as well as providing leadership role in client relations, directing and mentoring on-site staff.
      • 5+ years working with a preconstruction team to plan projects for success (e.g., procurement, logistics planning, scope reviews, budgeting, value engineering and costing).
      • 3+ years experience managing the design process and relationships between design and construction to ensure the designer delivers quality, budget-conscious, and complete documents on schedule.
      • 10+ years of experience reading and understanding construction plans, drawings and technical specifications, and the implementation of project delivery strategies in a Project Work Plan.
      • Demonstrated ability to target and pursue additional business with existing clients, and develop new business opportunities.
      • Bachelor's Degree - Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent and 10 years of industry experience, /or equivalent industry experience of 20 years.
