You'll partner closely with Human Resources Business Partners, Learning & Development, Human Resources Information Systems, and People Analytics to create a more connected talent experience across the employee lifecycle. In this role, you'll help evolve key talent programs-including performance management and talent reviews-while leveraging data, insights, and emerging technology to drive meaningful impact across the organization.
What you'll do as a Program Manager, Talent ManagementDesign, implement, and continuously improve talent management programs and processes.

Experience using talent data and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
