Job description

The Senior Program Administrator for the Biomedical Sciences (BMS) Graduate Program is responsible for overall program management of the BMS program, including day-to-day operations, student records management, coordination of the PhD program and oversight of several educational programs overseen by BMS, ensuring compliance with the registrar audit, and other tasks to ensure SACS accreditation. The Senior Program Administrator will also be responsible for financial management and reporting, management of student payroll, labor distribution management, and processing of reimbursements. Interfacing with administrators, faculty, course directors, students and prospective students, this person will work to ensure a quality educational environment for learning. The Senior Program Administrator will closely collaborate with the BMS Assistant Dean and Director in operations management, and will oversee other BMS staff, contributing to a highly team-based program office.
