Job description

About the Role
Clever Bee Academy is growing and is seeking an organized, mission-driven Program Coordinator to support high-quality programming across our centers. This role includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus and is ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, communication, and strengthening early learning environments.
In this position, you'll work closely with center leadership, teachers, and families to ensure programs run smoothly, remain compliant, and continuously improve.
What You'll Do
  • Support the coordination and implementation of center programs to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with licensing and quality standards
  • Partner with center leadership and classroom teams to support program planning, schedules, and daily workflows
  • Serve as a point of connection between staff, families, and leadership to ensure clear communication and follow-through
  • Support documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping related to programming, compliance, and quality initiatives
  • Assist with policy, process, and curriculum initiatives that improve program effectiveness and efficiency
  • Monitor program needs, identify issues, and help problem-solve to support staff and children
  • Support continuous improvement efforts across classrooms and programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (child development, special education, elementary education, or human services with 30 ECE credits)
  • 3-5 years of experience in early childhood education or program coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, processes, and timelines
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with center leadership and teams
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
  • Experience supporting multiple classrooms or programs
  • Experience with quality frameworks (such as SUTQ or similar systems)
  • Experience working with diverse children, families, and teams
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
