Certification Client Manager

The Certifications Client Manager is responsible for management of North America to provide certify company management systems services to standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001. This role requires the ability to successfully manage tasks and assignments in multiple areas. Initiative and ownership of responsibilities are critical to the success of this individual.

Education and Skill Requirements:

  • Key account management / commercial experience
  • Experience in management system certification or similar activities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
  • Strong mathematical skills required
  • Basic computer skills are a must
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and the ability to become proficient in any systems that we use (Concur, Kronos, etc.)
  • Strong problem solving, strategic thinking and analytical skills required
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Exceptional work ethic and positive attitude required
  • Fluency in the English language is required
  • Organize and maintain efficiency of personal work area
  • Self-starter, who can multi-task and possess strong communication skills
  • Able to function as part of a team, with members of varying job levels, and work cooperatively toward team goals
