Job description

LMS Administrator

The LMS Administrator supports the use and growth of Campus, our online learning management system. This position is responsible for providing administration, consultation and support around the use of Campus working closely with the key stakeholders within the Learning & Development (L&D) team as well as staff departments. This position is part of the L&D Digital Learning Team and reports to the Senior Digital Learning Strategy Manager.

What You'll Be Doing

Consultation

  • Consult and provide expert LMS knowledge with stakeholders to develop, coordinate and execute online learning experiences on Campus.
  • Participate in L&D business partnership meetings with key company leaders and colleagues to analyze learning needs and offer learning solutions through Campus.
  • Serve as the key contact for implementation of compliance programs within Campus (e.g., Security Awareness, HIPAA).

Strategic Growth

  • Work with the Senior Digital Learning Strategy Manager to develop a Campus growth strategy, ensuring that solutions are designed to meet company needs.
  • Design, develop and execute campaigns to promote utilization of Campus by providing targeted learning experiences applicable to learner groups.
  • Track, analyze and report on platform and program utilization and adoption rates. Make recommendations to L&D leadership for improvements and enhancements.
  • Develop and execute communication plans with the Senior Digital Learning Strategy Manager related to the implementation of new systems, enhancements and/or process changes.

LMS Administration

  • Develop and execute procedures, guidelines and documentation to manage the lifecycle of learning programs on Campus.
  • Manage integration between Campus and other learning systems (e.g., LinkedIn Learning).
  • Partner with the L&D Design Specialist, Continuing Education Team and LMS Coordinator to ensure seamless configuration, publishing and maintenance of learning programs.
  • Monitor system performance and escalate issues. Work closely with designated IT and HRIS resources to ensure uninterrupted integration with other systems.
  • Develop and deliver new hire training programs and continuing education opportunities for Campus administrators.
  • Act as a backup to the LMS Coordinator during absences or to address escalated issues.

Skills We're Seeking

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience with LMS administration (ideally Cornerstone or Campus)
  • Technical writing and documentation skills for LMS systems
  • Experience with Windows 10

Nice To Have Experience

  • Knowledge of eLearning development software (e.g., Articulate Storyline) and how eLearning solutions integrate with LMS
  • Knowledge of HTML and SCORM
  • Experience creating xAPI integrations
