Job description

This is a great opportunity to gain broad experience in building and executing a standardised global onboarding curriculum via a Learning Management System (LMS) for our global commercial business.
Join our Medical Specialist & Knowledge Advancement team, working from our Global HQ.
You will be based in Humlebæk and become part of a dedicated team supporting global sales training initiatives. The role reports to the Senior Global Sales Training Manager, while your tasks will encompass global training operations and learning system support.
In this role, you will play an active part in supporting the development, structuring and rollout of global training content, while also contributing to continuous improvement and project support.
A varied role focused on global onboarding, LMS support and training content
You will support the team across key workstreams within Global Sales Training. The role offers broad exposure to onboarding curriculum deployment, Learning Management System (LMS) operations and training content development, while giving you the opportunity over time to support improvements in how training is delivered across our global markets in WTR.
  • Supporting the build and rollout of a standardised global onboarding curriculum via LMS, including uploading and structuring courses, modules and learning paths
  • Converting existing materials (PowerPoint, PDFs, SCORM) into structured e-learning formats and ensuring consistency in naming conventions and structure
  • Providing front-line LMS support to global markets, including user management, enrolment and troubleshooting access issues
  • Supporting course assignment, tracking and maintaining accurate data across users and training content
  • Supporting the refinement and formatting of sales training materials, including PowerPoint decks and global training assets

Are you a motivated student with strong organisational skills?
We are looking for a candidate with strong organisational and coordination skills, solid academic results and the ability to take ownership in a role with broad exposure across the business. You are likely studying for a degree and are looking for an opportunity to apply your skills within Commercial Excellence - Learning and Development.
You are detail-oriented, structured and take pride in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. At the same time, you are curious to learn more about how a global commercial organisation operates and how training supports performance in the field.
  • Have strong academic results and an interest in Learning, sales training, and digital platforms
  • Are comfortable working with PowerPoint, Excel and digital systems
  • Have a high level of accuracy and an eye for detail
  • Have the ability to work independently and work toward deadlines
  • Are proactive and comfortable taking ownership of your own tasks
  • Communicate clearly in English, verbally and in writing
  • Experience with LMS platforms or content development is an advantage
  • Bring a mature and professional approach to your work, and thrive in a role with a broad range of stakeholders

Expected workload of around 15 hours per week. There will be some degree of flexibility around placement of hours, but you are expected to work from the office.
For the right candidate, this role can be a strong starting point for a future career within global sales training, learning and development or commercial enablement.
