Job Title: Business System Analyst
Location: Paoli (King of Prussia), PA
Duration: Long-term Contract
Type: W2 Contract
Role Description:
Purpose: To provide Intermediate level requirements and Business Architecture services to support business and IT project teams. BSA services to business and IT project teams to define business strategy and select 3rd party products.
Intermediate BSA (Financial Industry knowledge desired)
Skill Set:
Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience.
Minimum of five years BSA, systems; one year technical writing experience preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including interviewing and facilitation skills.
Strong analysis and problem solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Five plus years' experience in the financial services, banking or insurance industries
Knowledge of the following BSA practices and concepts:
Software development life cycle methodology, Agile preferred
System solution models and alternatives
Functional and non-functional Requirements specifications and use case scenarios
Requirements analysis techniques (data and behavior models, process flows, usage models)
Intermediate knowledge of current versions of the following productivity/requirements tools:
Lotus Notes
Microsoft Office Suite
TopTeam or other Requirement Management Tools
Rationale Tool Suite specifically Requisite Pro & SODA
Microsoft VISIO
IGrafX
