Job description

The Business Office at Bryn Mawr Medical Specialist Association is in need of a Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This role, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, will have a focus on financial analysis and internal business reporting with additional accounting responsibilities. The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • ยท Prepare monthly reporting
  • ยท Support in preparing monthly financial statements
  • ยท Perform financial analysis on revenue generated and expenses paid
  • ยท Own AP process surrounding drug expenditures
  • ยท Perform accounting responsibilities surrounding our real estate entity
  • ยท Perform bank account reconciliations
  • ยท Assist in the month-end close process including booking journal entries
  • ยท Assist in financial statement review
  • ยท Serve as a back-up for our current Accounts Payable Specialist
  • ยท Support Chief Financial Officer with analysis as needed
  • ยท Other responsibilities as required


Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in accounting
  • Strong attention to details
  • Analytically minded
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-driven and self-sufficient
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Sage, Ottimate, and ADP a plus but not required
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

The potential base pay range for this position is $70,000-$90,000 annually.
