The Lab Analyst role is a critical link in this chain, ensuring that analytical testing is accurate, timely, and aligned with global quality and compliance requirements. What You'll Do for Us

  • Perform accurate and timely analytical testing using approved methodologies in alignment with ISO 17025 quality management standards
  • Prepare, analyze, and interpret data to confirm compliance with established product specifications and quality standards
  • Record results using standardized documentation practices and escalate findings or non-conformances through defined review processes
  • Support smooth laboratory operations, including sample management, routine housekeeping, and adherence to testing priorities
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate laboratory instruments, ensuring equipment readiness and accurate performance
  • Participate in preventive maintenance programs and assist in evaluating new technologies and instruments for laboratory adoption
  • Collaborate with team members and scientists to align on priorities, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely communication of analytical results
  • Contribute to internal auditing activities by verifying data accuracy and integrity across systems and processes
  • Identify and recommend improvements to laboratory methods, workflows, and practices that drive efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings
  • Foster a culture of compliance, safety, and continuous learning through engagement in training, quality record management, and audit readiness activities

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Biology, or a related scientific discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in a laboratory environment conducting analytical testing in compliance with GLP or ISO 17025 standards
  • Hands-on proficiency with techniques such as UPLC, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, titrations, pH measurement, or similar analytical methods
  • Familiarity with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) and digital documentation practices
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory instrumentation operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices
  • Demonstrated ability to work accurately in a high-throughput setting, handling multiple priorities within defined timelines
  • Proficient in analyzing and interpreting quantitative data and ensuring its alignment with quality specifications
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to convey technical information clearly and effectively
  • High attention to detail with proven commitment to quality, accuracy, and compliance in routine and complex testing tasks
