Location: Dripping Springs, TX | Salary: Competitive hourly pay: $16.50-$18.50/hr, based on experience
Job Type: Full-Time (8AM to 5PM or 9AM to 6PM), Teacher
Are you a nurturing and dependable Toddler Teacher looking to make a difference in the lives of little ones? The Learning Experience - Dripping Springs is seeking a loving and dedicated teacher to join our growing childcare team! Our center is a place where "Happy Happens Here," and our teachers help create that joy every day.
We're looking for someone passionate about early childhood development who thrives in a warm, family-focused environment. You'll play a key role in helping our youngest learners reach developmental milestones through sensory play, music, movement, and responsive caregiving.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment for toddlers (2 years to 3 years).
  • Follow a daily schedule that includes potty training, free playing and learning activities.
  • Build loving relationships with toddlers, families, and co-teachers.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about their child's daily experiences, growth, and milestones.
  • Maintain compliance with Texas childcare licensing standards and safety policies.

Qualifications:
  • At least 6 months of professional infant or childcare experience (required).
  • CDA, Associate's Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
  • CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
  • Genuine love and patience for infants and early learning.
