Job Duties and Responsibilities

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.

This position will solve the challenge of transforming complex business processes into engaging, high-impact learning journeys for our customer service agents and leadership. By collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and leveraging modern instructional strategies, this role ensures our workforce is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for operational success. The work directly impacts the quality of the customer experience by building comprehensive training programs that shape careers and drive measurable business results.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives)

  • Serve as the primary LX architect for our various business units, ensuring all training and communications are accurate and timely
  • Lead the end-to-end design and project management of long-term and short-term training initiatives , including high-impact computer based training (CBTs) and interactive Rise/Storyline modules
  • Leverage generative AI platforms and Large Language Models (LLMs) to accelerate the end-to-end content lifecycle. This includes using AI to optimize technical code (HTML/CSS), draft multi-channel communications, and rapidly prototype instructional frameworks; will stay at the forefront of emerging AI workflows to continuously improve the speed and quality of field enablement materials
  • Script and produce light production video content (e.g., AI-generated avatars, screen captures, and quick-cut updates) to provide immediate visual guidance to the field
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and incorporate adult learning theories to ensure training is engaging, effective, and offers opportunities for real-world practice
  • Upload and manage all learning assets within the Oracle Learning Management System and other modern digital platforms
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging learning technologies, specifically focusing on the advanced application of AI to scale personalized content creation

Minimum Requirements

  • Familiarity with modern LMS platforms (e.g., Oracle Learning Management System)
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing multiple instructional projects from conception to evaluation

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
