Job description

The AFS Talent Enablement team is central to AFS' peopleexperience throughout the talent lifecycle, shaping an exceptional new-joiner journey, powering learning operations and driving performance management. As the leader of the team, you will have oversight and responsibility for the following:

Onboarding and Integration Experience:

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding and integration strategy and provide oversight for the new joiner experience program, ensuring effective delivery to all newly hired AFS employees.
  • Ensure new employees receive a consistent, engaging, and productive introduction to Accenture Federal Services.
  • Continuously enhance onboarding and integration content, delivery methods and approach to fit the needs of the business and our new joiners.

Learning Operations:

  • Oversee Learning Operations, including process management, collaboration with Accenture for talent skilling needs, execution of skilling programs across the enterprise, vendor relationships, course setup in Workday, managing procurement within budgets and coordination with Reinvention Services operations teams on cost management.
  • Monitor participation, completion rates and learning effectiveness metrics to ensure that offerings meet the evolving skill and knowledge requirements of the business.

Performance Management:

  • Collaborate to design, execute, continuously evaluate and drive improvements to performance management philosophy, processes, and technology to advance a high -performance culture.
  • Lead the enterprise performance management process, including priority setting, feedback, talent assessment and promotion activities.
  • Partner with stakeholders, including business and HR leaders, to ensure alignment with business objectives and consistent execution across the enterprise.
  • Develop resources, communications and training needed for strategic leadership discussions, process execution, etc.

Overall:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline activities and data management through automation and process improvements.
  • Build strong partnerships across HR, Recruiting, AFS IT, Marketing and Communications and business leadership.
  • Lead and develop a high performing team responsible for delivering exceptional employee lifecycle experiences.

Here's What You Need:

  • Experience leading any of the following areas with strong knowledge of market trends and best practices; performance management strategy and execution, new joiner experience strategy and execution, learning operations, human capital strategy
  • Experience developing strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels to help inform actions and priorities
  • Ability to develop a strategy while also rolling up your sleeves and diving into process details required for execution
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to drive alignment between business needs and HR facilitated processes
  • Experience collaborating across Accenture and/or AFS on key people initiatives
