Qorvo's Internship Program is designed for college students currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program. Qorvo offers real work experience, exposure to upper management, and the opportunity to pursue full-time opportunities, as available. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment. Responsibilities: Perform topology analysis to improve target design Realization of the filter layout with BAW technology Implementation of the laminate and full module simulation Extraction of topologies for each filter and multiplexer networks from competitor parts Competitor performance fit from measurements to extract filter parameters Qualifications: Pursuing MS/PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics Completed some course work in RF/Microwave circuit design Experience with electromagnetic/RF simulation tools (HFSS, ADS, AWR etc.) Strong research, analytical, and communication skills Familiar with RF measurement and its equipment: spectrum analyzers and network analyzers Experience with filter design, impedance matching, or RF packaging is desired Minimum GPA of 3.0 Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience: $31/hr - $42/hr (subject to change dependent on physical location) Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
