Impact Learning & Development Behavioral Health is seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health counselors to join our growing outpatient team in Pasadena, California. This full-time, remote position allows you to provide vital mental health services to a diverse clientele while enjoying the flexibility to set your own hours. Our competitive salary range is between USD 85,000 and 117,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and design tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions through virtual platforms, providing empathetic support and effective intervention strategies.
• Support clients in addressing a variety of challenges, including PTSD, behavioral health issues, and emotional disturbances, utilizing personalized techniques to foster growth and healing.
• Maintain clear, thorough, and professional documentation of client interactions and therapy progress in compliance with organizational standards and HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians to monitor client progress, discuss treatment approaches, and share best practices.

Our counselors engage with a wide array of clients from diverse backgrounds, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. We pride ourselves on accommodating clients of all ages and cultural identities, ensuring that each individual receives respectful and effective care tailored to their unique circumstances.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active and valid California license: LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• At least two years of direct clinical experience working with a variety of patient populations, ideally in an outpatient or similar setting.
• Exceptional documentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clarity in client interactions and reporting.
• Knowledge and familiarity with evidence-based practices; experience with CBT, ABA, or similar techniques is preferred.

• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions and specialized programs.
• Exposure to telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.
• Proficiency in using client management systems and electronic health records (EHR).
