Kentro is hiring for a Learning & Development Coordinator to support our Corporate People Services - Learning and Development Team.ย 

Location: Hybrid - McLean, VA

Responsibilities

LMS Administration (Cornerstone OnDemand)ย 

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of theย LMS (Cornerstoneย OnDemand), including user enrollment, course assignments,ย andย curriculum managementย 
  • Monitor completion rates, generate reports, and follow up with employees pending training completionย 
  • Troubleshoot learner-facing LMS issues and serve as the first point of contact for platform supportย 
  • Support the rollout of new LMS features andย assistย with system upgrades or migrations as neededย 

Coordinationย 

  • Prepare and manage all facilitationย logistics,ย including calendar invitations, pre-work materials, attendance tracking, and post-session surveysย 
  • Gather learner feedback and partner with senior L&D staff to continuously improve program qualityย 
  • Support the development of facilitator guides, job aids, and supporting materials using MS365ย toolsย (PowerPoint, Excel,ย and Word)ย 
  • Develop and execute training communications plans, including drafting invitation emails, reminder cadences, manager notifications, and post-training follow-ups in alignment with the comms team's standards and channelsย 

Content Developmentย and Publishingย 

  • Support capturing learning needsย andย objectivesย in partnership with PMOs, HR and other relevant teamsย 
  • Assistย in the identification ofย appropriateย trainingย effectivenessย methodsย 
  • Supportย content development, which includesย support inย building slides,ย creatingย and building e-learns using e-learn authoring tools (Articulate360)ย 
  • Publish content on the LMSย 

Learning and Development Supportย 

  • Monitor the Learning and Development ticket portal andย independently triage, evaluate, and resolve L&D requests, escalating only complex mattersย 
  • Maintain up-to-date ticket statuses and ensure requests are acknowledged and resolved within defined SLAsย 
Qualifications

Experience & Educationย 

  • At least one year of related work experienceย 
  • Bachelor's degree inย Humanย Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredย or equivalent years of relevant experience.ย
