About the Role:
Title:Learning Specialist (Remote in California)
Position Requirements:
  • Design, facilitate, and maintain onboarding and Learning Path development sessions and content in various mediums (virtual and in-person live as well as via our Learning Management System).
  • Contribute to the planning and logistics related to onboarding and employee development programs, including communications, coordinating, and scheduling sessions, evaluating feedback, and providing support for employees to ensure seamless experience.
  • Develop and deliver exceptional onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Facilitate interactive workshops and training sessions, delivering an exceptional learning experience for participants.
  • Assist the Enterprise Development Manager with developing and maintaining instructional best practices for in-person, virtual and on-demand formats.

Salary Range:The salary for this position is between $70,000 - $79,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
