Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Design, Development, Delivery, Program Evaluation and Analysis of the learning & development program
  • Delivers selected classes through live or remote (webinar) sessions.
  • Conducts needs analysis for specific talent development initiatives and ensures alignment with the organization's strategic plans and core/technical competencies.
  • Design, develop and/or recommend instructional materials and resources, including training content, online training courses, video training platforms, and materials using various tools and technologies.
  • Support multiple ongoing programs and initiatives within Performance & Potential, and proactively determine solutions to optimize
  • Support employee development and potential process.
  • Equips leaders with the tools to effectively partner with their people managers through PCI's pre- and post-learning experience platforms completion to embed new learning into culture.
  • Provide external learning vendor Account Analysis & Management Support Supports and monitors program participants during and after their training experience.
  • Inputs and maintains talent development specific training activities in the organization's Learning Management System, including report generation and analysis for data-driven business support.
  • Plans, schedules, coordinates, and evaluates training programs and services
  • Ensure training records meet program management, company, client, and government reporting requirements
  • Provide consulting to individual employees, managers, and departments on specific training and development issues
  • Supports development of criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training and program management activities (cost, ROI, participation, etc.) and regularly monitors and reports results to management
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned or required Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
  • The role requires the right candidate to develop relationships with team members/HR/SLT to ensure we are providing value to the organization in learning programs.

Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and minimum of five years of relevant work experience in learning & development
  • Demonstrated proficiency in delivering leadership development content in a professional and engaging manner, supporting multiple levels of participants across the organization.
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to travel to support in person on site as needed.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools.
  • Excellent oral presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle simultaneous projects in a timely manner under minimum supervision.
  • Ability to interact effectively with PCI employees at all levels and vendors.
  • College Level Mathematical Skills
  • Intermediate Computer Skills: Ability to perform more complex computer tasks and has knowledge of various computer programs.
  • Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
  • High Reasoning: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where there is only limited standardization. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions that may be provided in various forms.

Preferred:
  • Ability to display original thinking and creativity.
  • APTD, CPLP, or ATD Master Facilitator Certification or equal level.
  • Proven experience in talent management or organizational development is preferred
  • Demonstrated skill in content & instructional design using blended learning solutions, such as ILT, VLT and eLearning
