  • Serve as a primary point of contact for LMSโ€‘related inquiries and learner support
  • Partner with trainers, L&D leadership, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient program delivery
  • Support audits, system updates, and training documentation efforts
  • Contribute to Learning Academy events, onboarding programs, and crossโ€‘functional initiatives as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field (An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered)
  • Ideally, 3โ€“5 years of experience supporting learning operations and/or administering a Learning Management System in a corporate environment
  • Experience managing enrollments, learner communications, reporting, and training logistics
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, compliance, and internal controls
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft 365 tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, including Infor or Lawson LMS, system configuration, and reporting
  • Familiarity with SCORM/AICC content and eLearning standards
  • Experience supporting audits, complianceโ€‘driven training, or regulated environments
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and training operations
