Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred in Learning and Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field; or 1-2 years of experience with an advanced degree.Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.Strong organizational and project management skills.Effective verbal and written communication skills.
