The Role

We're looking for a warm, creative, and passionate Preschool Teacher to bring energy and intention to our preschool classroom every day. You'll use TLE's proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum built around fun, engaging characters and hands-on learning to help children build the academic and emotional foundation they need to thrive.
What You'll Do:

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment where children feel seen and excited to learn
  • Implement the L.E.A.P. curriculum using age-appropriate activities, materials, and TLE's state-of-the-art classroom technology
  • Build genuine relationships with children, families, and colleagues that make TLE feel like a true community
  • Communicate regularly with parents about their child's milestones, adventures, and daily wins through our mobile app and in-person conversations
  • Partner with co-teachers and center leadership to maintain TLE's high educational standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED (Associate's degree or higher in ECE or related field strongly preferred)
  • 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred
  • Genuine passion for early childhood education and child development
  • Strong communication skills with kids and their parents
  • Creative, patient, reliable, and team-oriented
  • CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
