SUMMARY:

The People Operations Coordinator (Learning + Development) supports the delivery and continuous improvement of Learning & Development programs, serving as a key operational partner in executing training initiatives and enhancing the employee learning experience. This role is responsible for coordinating program logistics, maintaining accurate learning data, and supporting reporting and communications that ensure high-quality, efficient delivery of L+D offerings.

In addition to their primary focus on Learning & Development, the Coordinator provides administrative and project support to Talent Acquisition and Core HR, contributing to onboarding, employee engagement, and other People Operations initiatives as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree inHumanResourcesor related field, orequivalent years relevant experience

  • Ability tomaintainconfidential information

  • HRIS experiencea plus

  • Minimum two years' experience in an administrative/support role

TECHNICAL JOB KNOWLEDGE:

Learning and Development

  • Administrative logistical support for training programs, workshops, and meetings, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communication

  • Maintains accurate training records, certifications, and program data in the LMS, ensuring data integrity and reporting readiness

  • Tracks attendance and supports reporting on participation, completion rates, and program outcomes

  • Prepares and distributes L+D communications, reporting, and learning materials

  • Coordinates logistics for external education, including travel arrangements, vendor coordination, and employee support

  • Identifies process improvements related to scheduling, tracking, and program delivery and escalates opportunities

People Operations (Cross-Functions)

  • Provide back up, as needed, for new hire onboarding logistics, including pre-employment tasks and orientation coordination

  • Assists with planning and execution of employee events and engagement initiatives

  • Assists with internship and early career programming logistics

  • Provides general administrative and project support across People Operations workstreams as needed

The base salary (or hourly) range for this position is

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00
