About the role:As the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement at TQL, you will lead the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of our sales enablement and learning ecosystem to accelerate new hire success, increase productivity, and improve long-term retention. Working closely with Sales Leadership, Learning & Development, and top-performing sales teams, you will evaluate our current sales training programs, benchmark against industry best practices, and implement innovative enablement solutions that equip sales professionals with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to succeed.This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution and leverages modern learning methodologies, AI-powered technologies, and performance analytics to create personalized development experiences that support TQL's continued growth.What's in it for you:* Influence the future of sales enablement at one of the nation's largest freight brokerages* Partner directly with executive leadership to drive sales performance and organizational growth* Build scalable enablement programs that impact thousands of sales professionals* Lead the adoption of innovative learning technologies, including AI-powered development tools* Work in a collaborative, high-growth environment where your ideas have measurable business impactWhat you'll be doing:* Complete an immersive onboarding experience by participating in TQL's sales training program and partnering with Sales and Learning & Development leaders to gain a deep understanding of the business* Evaluate TQL's current inside sales curriculum and benchmark it against industry best practices and leading sales organizations* Develop and execute a strategy to evolve TQL's sales enablement ecosystem, improving onboarding, ramp time, sales performance, and retention* Partner with Learning & Development, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement enhancements to sales training content, delivery, and ongoing development* Design scalable learning experiences that balance instructor-led, cohort-based, virtual, self-paced, and on-demand learning* Assess the end-to-end sales learning journey to identify opportunities that better support TQL's diverse sales organizations* Recommend the optimal structure and allocation of sales enablement, coaching, and training resources across business units* Develop processes to identify and leverage top-performing Logistics Account Executives (LAEs) and Group Sales Managers (GSMs) as facilitators, mentors, and subject matter experts* Incorporate AI-enabled learning solutions and adaptive learning methodologies to create personalized development experiences based on individual performance, skill gaps, and learning preferences* Establish metrics and reporting to measure learning effectiveness, onboarding success, sales productivity, and business impact* Lead enablement projects and provide direction to project managers responsible for implementing strategic initiativesWhat you need:* Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Adult Learning, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field preferred* 5+ years of experience designing and implementing inside sales training, sales enablement, or commercial learning programs* 10+ years of experience in a commercial, for-profit business environment* Previous experience in inside sales or a high-performance sales organization strongly preferred* Proven success developing sales enablement strategies that improve seller performance and business outcomes* Experience applying adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies* Familiarity with AI-powered learning platforms, adaptive learning tools, or other emerging enablement technologies* Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure program effectiveness using performance metrics and business data* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior leadersWhere you'll be: 4289 Ivy Pointe Blvd., Cincinnati, Ohio 45245Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
