A Learning Development Specialist working remotely is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs and educational materials for employees or clients, often using digital platforms. They assess learning needs, create engaging content such as e-learning modules, videos, and workshops, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives. Remote specialists collaborate with subject matter experts and use virtual tools to facilitate learning, ensuring that training is accessible and effective regardless of location.
