A Taste of What You'll Do

Join a team dedicated to building workforce capability through engaging, effective training programs that support operational excellence. In this role, you will help implement and maintain training initiatives while ensuring training content, records, and processes are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

You will collaborate across multiple functions to support training efforts in key areas such as FSMA, EHS, Production, Quality, and Maintenance. From reviewing and improving training materials to coordinating training schedules and monitoring completion records, you will play an important role in helping employees develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support Training Within Industry (TWI) on-the-job training practices, and participate in new hire orientation and onboarding activities. You will also help evaluate training effectiveness, provide insight into training metrics, and recommend enhancements that improve learning outcomes and job performance.

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of training, learning and development, education, organizational development, or instructional design experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of training, learning and development, education, organizational development, or instructional design experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Training experience that includes the delivery of instructional content for a varied audience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; experience with working independently and as part of a team.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word at an intermediate level.
  • Required to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to comply with company PPE and/or GMP requirements appropriate for the job site(s).
  • Candidate is required to have a valid driver's license, a safe driving record and reliable vehicle (if applicable) at the time of hire. This position will undergo a motor vehicle check (MVR) to confirm a history of safe and responsible driving. If needed, candidate must obtain the appropriate state driver's license based on the position's location within 30 days of hire.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
