  • Oversee All Staff and Operations in Your Restaurant with an Entrepreneurial Mindset
  • Hire, Train, Build a Bench of Shift Leaders and Team Members in Restaurant
  • Own and Promote Positive Restaurant Culture and Employee Experience (Live Life Unboxed!)
  • Maintain Excellent Customer Service Standards
  • Enforce and Follow Pizza Hut Service Principals
  • (Deliver it Fast, Make Food We are Proud to Service, Service with a Smile)
  • Responsible for Oversight and Execution of All Store Inventory, Forecasting, Scheduling Processes
  • Ensure All Teams Members Have the Tools and Knowledge Necessary for Success
  • Partner with Field Marketing Manager and Director of Field Compliance to Grow Sales and Partner with Community
  • Develop a Store Team that Has High Customer Satisfaction Results
  • Ensure Restaurant Meets/Exceeds All Tasty Hut, LLC and Pizza Hut Brand Standards and Processes
  • (Food, Restaurant and Driver Safety, CHAMPS, Brand Standards, FSSC, CORE)
  • Work with District Manager to Keep Facility Up to Standard and in Good Repair
  • Responsible for Restaurant P&L Management
  • Evaluate and Improve Operational and Financial Performance of Restaurant
  • Communicate Company Initiatives and Programs to Restaurant Teams
  • Own the Career Development and Performance Management Process for Restaurant Team (MSM)
  • Expert Knowledge and Utilization of Pizza Hut Provided Tools (Hutlink, Learning Zone, Pizzapedia)
  • Executes all Pizza Hut Provided Training Material and Courses, Follows Up with Store Teams
  • Compliant with All Laws and Regulations
  • Ensures a Safe Work Environment is Provided in Restaurant
  • Maintains a Clean, Organized Restaurant That Meets All Health and Safety Regulations
  • Demonstrate Trade Area Knowledge
