Job description

As a Shift Manager, you'll support the restaurant management team in leading and developing crew members, providing friendly service with a smile, and ensuring the team is focused on providing the quality products Wendy's is known for.

  • Training Crew Members in operational and service behaviors
  • Supervising Crew in service, cleanliness and food quality behaviors to ensure we meet the needs of our Guests
  • Executing cost control systems
  • Having a "Can-Do" Attitude when working as part of the Team
