We're looking for an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to own and elevate our training function in Phoenix and remotely support our NYC office. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our business by developing the next generation of high-performing recruitment consultants.

As our Learning & Development Consultant you'll play a critical role in developing recruiters from their first day through every stage of their career.

  • Design, deliver, and continuously enhance Harnham's recruitment training programs
  • Lead onboarding and classroom training for all new hires
