Job description

Description

Internship

Goodmerch Supply is a small, fast-growing promotional product and branding company based in Honolulu. We work with businesses, schools, nonprofits, and national brands to create thoughtful merchandise that supports marketing, events, and brand storytelling.

We are small, efficient, and growth-minded. That means interns are part of the real work. If you want exposure to sales, product development, branding, and the operational side of a merchandise company, this is hands-on experience inside a creative, driven team.

This opportunity is open to students, recent graduates, and individuals exploring a shift into sales, branding, or business development.

What You'll Work On

Interns rotate through key areas of the business, including:

Sales and Business Development
Assisting with client research and prospecting
Supporting proposal builds and product sourcing
Preparing sample kits and presentation materials
Sitting in on client meetings

Product Development
Researching new merchandise trends
Supporting vendor communication
Assisting with mockups and product curation
Learning pricing and margin strategy

Graphic Design and Branding
Creating mockups for client presentations
Supporting branded deck development
Assisting with social content and marketing materials

Operations and Accounting
Assisting with order processing
Supporting basic accounting organization
Learning workflow from quote to production to delivery

You will see how sales connects to design, how pricing affects margin, and how culture drives growth.
