We’re hiring Shift Lead in a fast-paced hospitality environment to support daily shop operations, assist team members during shifts, and create great guest experiences. 

This role includes customer service, supporting team workflows, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a retail food service setting.

What You’ll Do:  

Shift Leads play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences while coaching and supporting team members throughout each shift. 

You will: 

  • Shift Leads will coordinate daily shop operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience 

  • Guide Scoopers throughout the shift, managing task assignments, breaks, and team support 

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and thoughtfully resolve guest concerns 

  • Support shop operations by scooping, waffling, hosting, operating the register, cleaning, and jumping in wherever needed 

  • Coordinate opening, closing, and daily operational tasks to maintain shop standards 

  • Coach and support Team Members through real-time feedback and training 

  • Help maintain product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards 

  • Assist with inventory counts, supply management, cash handling, and daily documentation 

  • Ensure third-party delivery orders are prepared accurately and meet quality standards 

  • Foster a positive, inclusive work environment where Team Members feel supported and valued 

  • Learn and share flavor stories to help guests discover their next favorite scoop 

  • Partner with shop leadership to uphold operational standards and support team development

You’re a Great Fit If You:  

  • Are 18+ years old

  • Bring 6+ months of food service, restaurant, retail, coffee, or hospitality experience (1+ year preferred)
