This role is designed for someone who wants to run a business, not just manage shifts. As a Pizza Store Manager, you'll take ownership of your store's culture, performance, and success - while developing the skills to move into multi-unit or district leadership roles as we expand.


 What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a positive and accountable culture.
  • Drive financial performance by managing sales growth, food cost, labor cost, and inventory controls.
  • Partner with District and Hospitality Leadership to execute company initiatives and strategic goals.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members, creating clear development paths and succession planning within your store.
  • Maintain strict compliance with company standards and all health, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Ensure the restaurant operates at the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain flexibility to support business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.


Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of hospitality experience; food service management experience required.
  • Strong leadership mindset with a passion for coaching and developing others.
  • Proven ability to manage financial performance and operational standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • ServSafe certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
