Job description

Position Summary...The Manager, Agency & Partner Education is responsible for developing and executing enablement strategies that empower agency partners and strategic business partners to successfully represent, sell, and support Walmart Connect’s advertising solutions.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Agency & Partner Education, this role partners closely with Product, Go-to-Market, Sales, Marketing, and Partner Management to translate product innovation and business strategy into scalable learning experiences that accelerate adoption, improve partner proficiency, and drive commercial success.
Working cross-functionally, the Manager, Agency & Partner Education, ensures partners have the knowledge, resources, and confidence to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. The ideal candidate combines expertise in partner enablement, instructional design, program management, and stakeholder collaboration to build engaging learning experiences and continuously optimize enablement programs using data and partner feedback.
As a key member of the Walmart Connect Academy team, you’ll create engaging education experiences for advertisers, agency partners from onboarding and product launches to advanced platform capabilities and best practices.

Partner Education & Enablement 
  • Support the execution of the education strategy for assigned Walmart Connect products, developing scalable enablement programs that equip agencies, and partners to confidently adopt new capabilities and achieve stronger business outcomes. 
  • Develop and manage scalable education and enablement programs that increase partner readiness, product adoption, and customer success. 
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partner Management teams to align education initiatives with product launches, strategic priorities, and business objectives. 
  • Translate complex advertising solutions, platform capabilities, and industry trends into engaging, learner-centered experiences that simplify adoption and drive measurable business impact. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders on enablement strategy and learning best practices. 
Education Strategy & Content Development 
  • Design and deliver engaging education experiences through a variety of formats, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), webinars, eLearning, microlearning, video, simulations, and blended learning. 
  • Develop modular learning journeys that guide partners from foundational product knowledge to advanced platform capabilities and campaign optimization strategies. 
  • Apply adult learning principles, storytelling, and user-centered design to create engaging, business-focused learning experiences. 
  • Create scalable education assets using modern learning technologies and digital content development tools. 
  • Facilitate live learning sessions, partner workshops, webinars, and enablement events for internal and external audiences. 
Product Launch & Go-to-Market Enablement 
  • Manage education and enablement activities supporting new product launches and feature releases. 
  • Partner with Product & Product Marketing teams to understand upcoming capabilities and develop education that prepares partners and commercial teams for successful adoption. 
  • Continuously evolve education programs as products, customer needs, and business priorities change. 
Measurement & Continuous Improvement 
  • Measure program effectiveness through learner engagement, knowledge retention, partner readiness, product adoption, and business impact. 
  • Gather learner and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve education programs and learner experiences. 
  • Analyze program performance and provide recommendations that strengthen enablement strategies and support business outcomes. 
 
What You'll Bring  
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field and 2 years' experience in partner enablement, customer education, product enablement, sales enablement, product marketing, customer success, learning & development, or a related field; OR 4 years of equivalent professional experience. 
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Experience designing and delivering customer, partner, or sales education programs within technology, SaaS, advertising, retail media, digital marketing, or related industries. 
  • Proven ability to collaborate across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Go-to-Market, and Partner Management teams. 
  • Experience supporting product launches by developing education strategies and scalable enablement programs that drive product adoption and partner readiness. 
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills for both virtual and in-person audiences. 
  • Experience building scalable learning journeys, webinars, workshops, or customer education programs. 
  • Experience using learning technologies and content authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Rise, Storyline, or similar platforms) to develop and maintain scalable education content. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. 
  • Experience using learning insights, adoption metrics, and business performance data to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
