Job description

Our client, a contracting and construction management firm, is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to assist in their New York City office. This role involves using the Learning Management System (LMS) Lattice, so experience with that or another LMS is a huge plus.
  • 2 Month full-time contract with the possibility to extend
  • Hybrid schedule in New York City, 3 days onsite
  • $35/hour
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate training logistics and scheduling.
  • Maintain the LMS and training records.
  • Track completions and compliance reporting.
  • Prepare materials for training and onboarding.
  • Support onboarding sessions.
  • Communicate with staff across the organization.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Comfort with an LMS (ideally Lattice).
  • Construction or professional services experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Adaptability and ability to learn quickly.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • HR experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office
  • Experience with compliance and handling sensitive information
