Job description

The Workforce Training & Development Coordinator provides comprehensive coordination and administrative support for the Workforce Training & Development function while also serving as executive support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Under the general direction of the Workforce Training & Development Manager, this position coordinates learning programs, maintains training records, assists with employee development initiatives, and supports organizational learning activities. Additionally, the Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the CHRO by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, maintaining confidential records, and assisting with special projects. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion when handling confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
