Pay: $20.00 โ€“ $25.00 / hour

Hours: 20โ€“30 hours/week (Flexible Monโ€“Fri | 1st Shift | No Weekends)

WHO WE ARE At OnPoint Building Services, weโ€™re a locally owned commercial cleaning company headquartered right here in Virginia Beach. Over the past decade we've grown to a team of hundreds โ€” big enough to handle any facility's needs, small enough that every employee is known and valued. OnPoint exists to serve our clients and employees. We're proud of a culture where people are treated like family, work-life balance is respected, and hard work is recognized. We're looking for motivated individuals who take pride in creating cleaner, healthier work environments for our clients.

WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE Youโ€™ll be working directly with our Director of Business Development. This role is a 60/40 mix of sales outreach and executive support:

Sales & Growth (60%)

  • Research local commercial prospects and build target lists.
  • Make outbound phone calls and send emails to introduce OnPoint.
  • Schedule walkthroughs and prospect meetings for our Director of BD.
  • Follow up on inbound website leads and assist with email marketing campaigns.
  • Keep deal updates accurate inside our CRM (Pipedrive).
  • Help pull together client proposals in Canva and keep our LinkedIn page active.

Executive Support (40%)

  • Triage and summarize daily emails for the Director of BD so nothing gets missed.
  • Keep executive calendars organized and track meeting action items.
  • Draft company-wide weekly emails and help organize events or networking opportunities.
  • Assist with client onboarding, take meeting notes, and help document office processes.
  • Use AI tools and Google Workspace to keep daily operations running smoothly.

WHAT WEโ€™RE LOOKING FOR

  • Comfort on the Phone: You aren't afraid to pick up the phone, introduce our company to business owners, and handle occasional rejection.
  • Tech-Minded: Youโ€™re comfortable using (or quickly learning) Google Workspace, MS Office, AI tools, and CRMs like Pipedrive.
  • Sharp Organization: You can manage someone else's calendar and keep track of details without things slipping through the cracks.
  • Virginia Beach Local: Able to work on-site at our corporate office.

Experience in sales support, lead generation, or executive assistance is a big plus, but if you have strong phone skills and great attention to detail, weโ€™d love to talk to you!
