Job description

Job Summary
Under the direction of the Early Learning Program Senior Director, the Professional Development Coach is responsible for coordinating academic support to all teaching staff. This position will provide professional development that includes making Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) observations, providing observational feedback, supporting goal setting, actively participating in reflective discussions, and brainstorming strategies to enhance teacher-child interactions and support children's School Readiness Goals. This position will also lead Teacher Learning & Collaboration meetings.
