  • Strong academic skills, including faculty and student development.
  • Ability to collaborate in a teamwork environment with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lead activities in a manner that is both engaging and effective with small or large student cohort settings.
  • Strong computer skills to set up document formats in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and any other software program required by this position.
  • Ability to receive and respond to constructive feedback in a professional and adaptive manner.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to working for an organization that values and promotes Humanism.
  • A clinical doctorate or equivalent highest‑level degree, as defined by the standards of the applicant’s specific health profession.
  • Five years of clinical related work.
  • Three to five years of experience with interprofessional settings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in higher education and/or an academic health center setting.

Essential functions may require lifting less than 25 lbs.
