Job description

Our global logistics client is seeking a Learning & Development Change Consultant to support workforce readiness and training initiatives tied to international integration and organizational transformation efforts.


This consultant will play a key role in preparing employees and managers for new processes, systems, and ways of working across North America and offshore teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead training and readiness activities for newly integrated employee populations.
  • Develop and deliver Workday-related training and adoption materials for employees in Canada.
  • Partner with U.S.-based leaders to improve readiness and capability when managing offshore teams in global locations.
  • Create training content, learning guides, job aids, and manager enablement resources.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments and identify learning gaps impacting change adoption.
  • Support organizational readiness planning and knowledge transfer efforts.
  • Collaborate with HR, change management, and business leaders to ensure successful adoption of new processes.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Change Management.
  • Strong background creating and delivering employee training programs.
  • Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, or employee adoption initiatives.
  • Comfortable working with global teams and multicultural workforces.
