Job description

Position Overview:
Loan Officers assist both LendingOne and potential borrowers in assessing the borrower's business ventures, analyzing the borrower's income potential, credit worthiness, and advising the borrower regarding the business decision of using LendingOne financial products. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate ventures and business operations, have a sense of urgency, initiative and competitive drive to get things done and will possess a natural enthusiasm in working with and through people in the process. We are looking for talented and competitive professionals with consultative sales experience that thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as a consultant to borrowers, educating them on LendingOne products, analyzing assets, and advising on financial product advantages and disadvantages.
  • Promote and sell LendingOne's products through inbound and outbound calls, guiding borrowers through the qualification process.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with borrowers to ensure repeat business and exceptional service.
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal potential, and financials to protect LendingOne's assets and capital investors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams during the closing process, ensuring timely delivery, document collection, and communication with stakeholders.

Requirements
Qualifications:
In order to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following list of qualifications and responsibilities is not all inclusive, as each employee is expected to be a team player and may be assigned other tasks as necessary. This is meant to serve as an overview of the position description:
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of professional consultative sales experience, preferably in the financial industry
  • 1-2 years of experience building client relationships by phone
  • Experience in a high volume, inbound and outbound sales environment (i.e. 75+ calls per day)
  • Demonstrated success in being held accountable to a sales quota
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and persistence
  • Strong computer skills, comfortable in a fast faced, technology driven environment
  • Attention to detail coupled with high demands
  • Ability to work in office on a full-time schedule, with some flexibility with work hours in order to respond to company clients/customers

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of professional consultative sales experience, preferably in the financial industry
  • Experience in a high volume, inbound and outbound sales environment (i.e. 100+ calls per day)
  • Prior real estate, finance and/or lending services experience
