About the role
Reporting to our Director of Bullhorn Consulting Services, the Strategic Consultant will be responsible for holding a key position within the Bullhorn Professional Services Team. As a consultant, you will work directly with our North American customers to optimize their workflow and usage of Bullhorn Automation, Onboarding, VMS, etc.
A typical day will include...
  • Leading and owning the new customer system setup process to ensure that customers have a great experience implementing our products
  • Working alongside our Senior Consultants on enterprise implementations
  • Collaborating with other Project Management, Professional Services, and Technical Services team members on project deliverables
  • Designing and executing user acceptance testing throughout an implementation
  • Providing guidance on usage and adoption of the Bullhorn suite of products, training client users on onboarding self service configurations
  • Reporting regular progress to the project team with regard to the status of ongoing projects, capacity, escalations , and other initiatives

  • A proven track record of 1 to 2 years managing SaaS client implementations

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), with the ability to explain technical subjects to both the technical and non-technical individuals

The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual target bonus & a comprehensive benefits package.
