About the Role

As a Consultant Sr. Lead, IBS, you will shape and lead high-impact consulting engagements that help clients achieve business transformation and operational excellence. You will design innovative solutions, guide complex organizational change initiatives, and deliver strategic insights that improve business performance. This role combines deep consulting expertise, thought leadership, and stakeholder influence to drive successful outcomes across large-scale client programs. Success is measured through client value realization, operational improvements, solution adoption, and the achievement of strategic business objectives.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead the development and execution of consulting strategies that drive business transformation and measurable client outcomes.

  • Design and deliver customized solutions aligned with client business models, market strategies, operating environments, and technologies.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on complex business, operational, and technology challenges.

  • Lead organizational change management initiatives, enabling successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

  • Conduct client education, workshops, and training sessions focused on industry trends, emerging technologies, and fintech innovation.

  • Direct research, analysis, and assessment activities to identify opportunities for performance improvement and operational optimization.

  • Approve project plans, budgets, resource allocation strategies, and delivery approaches to ensure successful execution.
