How You'll Make an Impact:
  • Prepare and review a variety of tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, and other business entities.
  • Assist clients with tax planning and compliance needs throughout the year.
  • Research tax matters and develop practical solutions to client questions and challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by delivering responsive, proactive, and personalized service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Help ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
  • Coach and mentor staff associates and interns as they develop their technical and professional skills.
  • Contribute ideas that improve client service, team effectiveness, and firm processes.
  • Support local businesses, organizations, and communities through meaningful client work and community involvement.

  • 2-6 years of tax experience in public accounting or a related industry role
