Job description

This is a temporary position. 

JOB SUMMARY 

Short-term FLEX role providing operational support to the Talent Development & Associate Engagement HR Technology team. This position focuses on two primary areas:(1)resolving escalated learning platform support tickets and(2)migrating WhatFix in-tool-support content to Knowledge Base articles. The role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented contributor who can quickly ramp up and deliver independently. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field 
  • 3+ years of experience in HR technology, learning platforms, or enterprise system support 

Core Competencies: 

  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Customer service orientation with clear written and verbal communication 
  • Process-oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities 
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work across teams and stakeholders 

Preferred Experience: 

  • Background in learning platforms (Axonify) or employee-facing HR technology (Oracle HCM) 
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and escalation workflows 
  • Knowledge management, content migration, or technical writing experience 

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES 

Escalated Ticket Resolution 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated Learning support tickets in a timely manner 
  • Provide advanced user support and guidance on platform features and functionality 
  • Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders on complex issue resolution 
  • Identify trends in escalated tickets and recommend process improvements 

WhatFix-to-Knowledge Base Content Migration 

  • Review existing WhatFix in-tool-support content and assess migration needs 
  • Author and format Knowledge Base articles aligned to team documentation standards 
  • Validate migrated content for accuracy, completeness, and usability 
  • Maintain organized tracking of migration progress and deliverables
