Compensation:ย The salary range for this position is estimated to be $49,208.00 - $72,340.00 annualized, which reflects the company's current estimate of the potential compensation range at the time of posting. This salary range reflects the anticipated compensation for this position and represents one component of the total rewards package. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, qualifications, and allotted budget. About Our Opportunity

The Enterprise Development Associate is a role within the Enterprise Development Program (EDP), a 24-month structured rotational program designed to build enterprise-ready professionals through meaningful contribution across diverse business functions. This role completes sequenced rotations that provide enterprise visibility, cross-functional experience, and progressively higher-value work aligned to modernization, process improvement, and enterprise operations.

The Enterprise Development Associate builds foundational knowledge and skills to contribute to core work within the team. Team members focus on learning processes, applying guidance from more experienced colleagues, and delivering accurate work in a supportive, structured environment. They are developing confidence, strengthening capability, and gaining familiarity with our systems, relationships, and expectations.

How You Will Spend Your Time
  • Completes multiple planned rotations over a 24month period, adapting quickly to new teams, tools, processes, and expectations while maintaining a high standard of reliability and followthrough.
  • Delivers substantive, accountable work in each rotation, producing measurable results tied to real business outcomes rather than shadowing or observation.
  • Executes businessfocused goals established for each rotation, using clear milestones, progress updates, and endofrotation summaries to demonstrate learning and impact.
  • Builds endtoend enterprise understanding by learning how work moves across functions and how decisions affect risk, service, and performance across the Association.
  • For Enterprise Operations track rotations: supports exposure areas such as sales support/origination operations, credit/underwriting, loan servicing, financial operations, portfolio support, and strategic initiative participation (based on rotation assignment).
  • For Business Technology track rotations: supports exposure areas such as application support, CRM platforms, data analytics, user acceptance testing, automation initiatives, and governance/controls (based on rotation assignment).
  • Completes assigned tasks accurately by following established processes, guidance, and quality standards.
  • Applies direction from more experienced team members to build skill, confidence, and reliability.
  • Maintains organized, complete, and dependable work products that support team workflow.
  • Asks questions to clarify expectations and deepen understanding of systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Contributes to team goals through collaboration, communication, and consistent follow-through.
  • Identifies opportunities to strengthen personal work habits, accuracy, and efficiency as skills develop.
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED with 3 years relevant experience required.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency with computer applications, including strong experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) preferred.
  • Experience in business operations, financial services, or a related professional setting preferred.

** Enterprise Development Associates are full-time employees. Within the first 24 months of employment, you will be expected to apply for a full-time position. This role is approximately a 24-month opportunity.

Mental & Physical Requirements

Standing or walking is frequently required, while occasional demands include reaching with hands and arms, and lifting or moving up to ten pounds. Vision requirements encompass close and distance vision. The work environment typically has a moderate noise level.
